Return & Refunds Policy

At Maite Chip, we are committed to providing quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of contact (for COD orders, we may contact you to arrange the refund).
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we confirm the return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Opened earphones or in-ear wearables.
  • Smart devices that have been activated or registered.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of approval:
